Experience a deeply restorative and immersive sound journey designed to bring your entire being back into balance.
This session blends the healing power of sound and energy- using a harmonious combination of Reiki, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Drums, and Voice. Instruments are intuitively used both on and around the body to help calm the nervous system, clear energetic stagnation, and return you to a state of natural resonance and flow.
Often described as a “sound massage,” this gentle yet powerful experience invites deep relaxation, clarity, and alignment of mind, body, and soul. Whether you're feeling energetically depleted or simply need time to reset, this session offers a sacred pause - allowing your system to rest, realign, and recalibrate.

Somatic Release Breathwork is a simple yet powerful breathing practice designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and reconnection with yourself.
Unlike more structured or forceful breathwork styles, this approach is intentionally gentle and body-led. There are no complicated techniques, breath holds, or pressure to push beyond what feels safe or comfortable.
The breath itself is simple:
continuous circular breathing, either:

in through the nose and out through the mouth

or in and out through the mouth
You are guided to move at the pace your body feels ready for.
These sessions create space to slow down, soften out of constant overthinking or overfunctioning, and reconnect with what is happening beneath the surface. Many people experience emotional release, physcial release, greater clarity, deep relaxation, increased self-awareness, or a stronger connection to themselves and their body.
While the process is simple, it can be deeply transformative.

Integrated Timeline Therapy

This is one of my most powerful and beloved offerings- a truly unique fusion of Shamanic Healing, Cord Cutting, and Soul Contract Clearing, woven into an intuitive form of Timeline Therapy designed to facilitate profound, lasting transformation.
Together, we’ll journey to the root cause of recurring patterns, emotional pain, physical symptoms, or energetic misalignments- often buried deep in your personal timeline, ancestral lineage, or even past lives.

This work is deeply intuitive and expansive. We will address the root cause of the issue that arises- and often, additional layers will naturally present themselves for healing.
PLEASE NOTE:
-If your concern is multi-layered (e.g. chronic back pain with emotional and ancestral roots), additional sessions may be needed to address each layer thoroughly.-I highly recommend working together with the 3 month coaching container as that we can address all aspects and layers required to give you long lasting healing. For example, with Timeline, we can remove the root cause something like of a physical alignment like back pain for example, and you will notice a difference However you may unconsciously have a Part of you that doesn't want to let go of the back pain because it gave you permission to say No, rest and assert a boundary for example. So that Part may try to keep the back pain around. Depending on what you'd like to clear, a Timeline session may not remove it completely and give you long lasting results.
Embodied Parts Integration

PLEASE NOTE:
I highly recommend working together within the 3 month coaching container as that way we can address all aspects and layers required to give you long lasting healing. For example, with Parts Integration, we will unify the Parts of you that are conflicting so they can work in unity together and no longer prevent you from stepping into your highest potential. However, once you've integrated the Parts, you may find that something like people pleasing, for example, is still stopping you from accessing your highest potential, then you may need a Timeline session to clear the root cause of people pleasing. So even though the Parts become integrated and start working together for you, they may be blocked by an underlying people pleasing tendency that will need to be removed completely to give you long lasting results.

Close your ceremony under the stars in a candlelit, outdoor bath infused with the nurturing energy of the Water Element- symbolizing the womb and the release of all that no longer serves. Like the trees in Autumn, this is a time to gently let go.

Belly Blessings Ceremony

A Belly Blessing- also known as a Blessing Way- is a sacred and soulful celebration of a woman's transition from Maiden to Mother. Rooted in ancient traditions and reimagined for the modern mother, this ceremony offers a beautiful, nourishing space for loved ones to gather, honour, and support the Mumma-to-be as she prepares for birth and motherhood.
Whether held during pregnancy or in the sacred window after birth, these ceremonies are a powerful reminder that she is not alone- she is held, celebrated, and deeply supported.
