About Me
Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a mother of 2 and an ex-burnt out lawyer who used tools like Yoga, Meditation and Reiki to heal, deal with stress and make much needed radicle life changes.
In 2015 I left the corporate world and moved to the country from Perth. Since then I’ve completed my Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki I & II, Sound Healing Diploma I & II, Shamanic Cacao Ceremony training and Compassionate Enquiry Trauma Training.
I’m neither a Counsellor or a Healer.
I’m a Guide who uses my tools and training to help people access their innate ability and power to heal themselves- which is the only way true healing can take place. Using root cause healing, I aim to help you to identify the cause to what ever is out of alignment for you, and offer you the chance to heal that root cause.
My work focuses on connecting people to their inner truth, wisdom and strength so they can heal emotional and mental trauma and blocks.
I’m also very passionate about helping people connect to and thrive in their soul purpose.
And I love supporting children in connecting to their emotions & true nature, while encouraging parents to connect to their inner child.

Sound Healing Therapy Session

These therapeutic private sessions are tailored to individual needs to provide a deep sense of relaxation, clarity, rejuvenation & release. These sessions are ideal for people who would like to heal, seek answers or feel that something is out of alignment in their lives. My work focuses on identifying the root cause of your concern or problem, and then guiding you towards healing that root cause, so that it will no longer repeats itself. The sessions will begin a discussion in which I’ll use certain therapy techniques to guide you towards identifying what it is you’d like to get out of the session and if there are any blocks/root causes that are stopping you from achieving this outcome.
Using a combination of different instruments & therapy techniques, these sessions enable you to deeply relax & release on a:

These sessions also include a Soul Guidance Oracle Card reading, which is a style of coaching that assists you in accessing the knowledge, wisdom & answers within. Tapping into your inner Oracle. We’ll also use Reiki, meditation & intention setting to help guide you through the healing, helping you to maximise your healing outcomes. Like a sound massage, this relaxing Sound Healing incorporates Reiki, Tibetan & Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Chimes & Drums being used on & off the body to create relaxation & harmony in the mind, body & soul. The instruments are used to help drop you into a deep meditative state and to help bring you back into resonance with your natural vibration and flow.
A Sound Healing is a deeply relaxing experience of being gently bathed in sound & vibration. Special sound healing instruments like Crystal & Tibetan bowls, Tuning Forks, Voice, Chimes & Drums, are used to help you drop into a deep meditative state. These private sessions are tailored to individual needs to provide a deeply healing process in which clarity is gained, future direction & guidance is offered & trauma is released & healed. My work focuses on identifying the root cause of your concern or problem, and then guiding you towards healing that root cause, so that it will no longer repeats itself. The sessions will begin a discussion in which I’ll use certain therapy techniques to guide you towards identifying what it is you’d like to get out of the session and if there are any blocks/root causes that are stopping you from achieving this outcome.
The Cacao Ceremony will then be tailored to you to focus on themes relevant to your healing journey.
During the Ceremony well move through the Medicine Wheel, which is a Shamanic style of ceremony that utilises the healing & supportive energies of the cardinal directions, elements and certain animal & nature allies to assist you in gaining the outcome you desire.
During this ceremony, we’ll sip on Ceremonial Grade Cacao (traditionally known as the Medicine of the Heart), which is used to help you drop into your heart, connect to your inner truth & higher self. It may also provide a gentle euphoria.

FIRST MOON CEREMONIES
These beautiful ceremonies are offered to help you celebrate your daughter’s first bleed and to honour her journey on the bridge between childhood and womanhood.
These ceremonies aim to remove the shame that often accompanies this milestone and replaces it with celebration, support & connection.
Aiming to strengthen your connection and reminding your daughter that you are that safe space for her to openly ask questions and most importantly for you to support her through her journey to womenhood.
This ceremony can be tailored to your requests and can include a combination of the following:
-A flower crown offering for your daughter
-Making your own take home Womb Oil by combining pre-prepared rose, calendula & rosemary oils.
- Making natural bath or foot soaks from aromatic dried flowers, herbs, salts & crystals.
-the opportunity for you to share stories, words of wisdom or poems with your daughter.

MAGA/CRONE CEREMONY
For the Goddess transitioning from the Mother to the Maga/Crone (50yr +), these ceremonies include special rituals such as Shamanic Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing, Oracle Card Reading & an outdoor starlight bath (optional & bathers can be worn). The bath is optional and could be swapped for an Aromatouch Massage.
Through the Shamanic Cacao Ceremony the Goddess will be guided through the 4 cardinal directions, each of which will represent the Maiden, the Mother, the Maga & the Crone phases of her life. Thus turning the Medicine Wheel into a Wheel of Life.
The first 2 directions will offer her the opportunity to heal from past regrets & guilt, but more importantly to celebrate the journey she has been on, and through compassion & forgiveness she is given the opportunity to embrace pride & respect for herself.
In the last 2 directions she will be offered the opportunity to connect to her inner light and arrive home to herself. Connecting with the gifts and talents she is here to embody & share. And the wisdom she has gained.
This will be followed by a sound healing and then an optional starlight & candlelit bath filled with water that is heated by fire & kept warmed by coals. This ritual offers the Maga Goddess the support of the maternal womb like energy of the water element. And just like how the trees drop their leaves in Autumn, she will soak away what she no longer needs to take with her on her journey. Letting go of what no longer serves.

Cacao Ceremony
The first session I had with Lisa was a group sound healing at the stone hedge. This was a lovely experience with the sun setting amongst these beautiful big rocks. I walked away feeling so calm and fresh. The second session was a 1 on 1 cocoa ceremony and sound healing. In my healing journey I have been down many therapy roads but through sitting and talking with Lisa and the cocoa ceremony I have unlocked memories that I've not thought of in 25years.

Lisa's voice was lovingly calm and clear which helped me to stay present and tune into the ceremony with consciousness and I felt the medicine she presents using the elements of earth really resonate with me and I felt connected and my compassion to self as a warrior opened my emotions. It was so healing for me. I would love to do this more often to take care of my self. Those key elements helped me to draw the connection within such as warrior, flow, inner child, openness, ancestors, etc . I like to look deeper into each element in the future.

‘I recently attended Lisa’s retreat at Yirri Grove, it was an incredible experience that left me feeling refreshed, nourished, and deeply connected. The morning began with a Cacao Ceremony, a delightful way to ground ourselves and find that heart-centred space. Then a guided aromatherapy meditation & the highlight for me was the Sound Healing session, which had a deep effect on my mind, body, and soul. ‘I did a retreat at Yirri Grove olive farm with Lisa in May 2023. It was absolutely magical. Lisa set the circle up under the big trees to facilitate the meditation and cacoa ceremony. The combination of: feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin and the sound of the trees rustling and the songs of the birds that sourrounded us was a magical experience. Lisa is a very gifted sound healer, she is always able to guide me deep into meditation using her voice and instrumental sounds. It was very healing and restorative. The second part of the retreat was lunch. It was also all set up outside, on a beautifully decorated long table, with white table cloth, candles and olive branches. Very Mediterranean. We were served a absolutely delicious and nutritious meal including risotto with local oyster mushrooms, olives, freshly backed bread,pasta, salad, frittata, vegetarian moussaka and fesh fruit. Very wholesome. I got to fill up my emotional cup and it lasted a long time. I would very much recommend this beautif retreat. Thank you Lisa’
